How it works

Cast a session
Open Glow Sessions TV in the YouTube app on your TV, or cast from your phone. Pick the session that fits the hour.

Turn on the lights
Set your TV backlight or light bars to Music Mode, or to video sync if your kit has a camera. The room starts following the sound.

Leave it on
Sessions run for hours with no talking and no jump cuts. Dim the lamps, sit back, and let the wall do the work.
